Jyoti Special School was founded in 1993 by Shri Bharat mandir School Society with a view to train & rehabilitate the mentally challenged and deaf & dumb children of Uttrakhand. Jyoti is a special school for imparting special education to the mentally challenged and deaf & dumb children of this region.
